Louisiana Adventure

Louisiana is a strange but beautiful place. And so it seems only fitting that our trip here be filled with the same sort of dichotomy. Morning beignets, fireworks displays, discovering a new city with friends, and getting up close with the local wildlife were all apart of the great highs we felt while here. They helped to make up for the intense heat, boughts of crankiness (caused by the heat), biting bugs, somewhat unreliable RV, and did I mention the heat.

Through the good and the bad I am glad for my travel companions who always manage to find a reason to smile and can make every moment one grand adventure after another, heat, and bugs, and dead car batteries be damned.
